Rachel Ramsay BSc, MLIBF CeMAP, CCBI PMA

Rachel studied at Bury Grammar School and has a degree in Psychology she attained from The University of Bolton. She went on to fulfil a successful career in banking for 20 years where she enjoyed many roles such as Relationship Management (Affluent Clients), Training and Development and the Senior Personal Banker role. More recently she has gained qualifications in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP 1, 2 and 3) which also enables her to give advice on Personal and Business Insurance as well as General Insurance. She has also gained Professional Recognition from the Chartered Banker Institute which champions the highest ethical, professional and customer-focused standards in the Industry. In her spare time she enjoys long walks in the Lake District with her family, Pilates classes, and also her role as School Governor at her son's primary school in Heskin, Chorley. She has a passion for helping people and finding solutions, but she mainly loves building relationships with her clients and guiding them through the mortgage journey step by step.
