I was approached by a client who had been unsuccessful with a broker in trying to remortgage and capital raise for a deposit on a buy to let.

He only had 1 year of healthy business accounts and had almost given up and decided to wait until he had 2 years of business accounts.

I took the case on and have successfully helped my client with a mortgage offer for the funds he needs and he can now start his new venture into property rental. I will be helping him further with the mortgage on the buy to let and maybe more in the future as his business flourishes!
